Terms and Agreement

Ⅰ.The artist has the right to reject a commission
I have the right not to accept commissions if the work you order is beyond my abilities. Or if I can't draw due to health.Ⅱ.Provide as many details as you can.
Please provide me clear visual references and some information about their personalities so I don't make them out of character!Ⅲ.Collect an additional fee if the work is edited.
Major changes on the sketch such as completely changing the pose or the character will have a +$15 fee. Please provide the correct references and information beforehand to avoid this.Ⅳ.If unable to contact the employer as scheduled Will request to cancel work immediately
In the event that the employer or artist cannot be contacted for commission processing. If the period exceeds 2 months, I would like to cancel my commission.Ⅴ. Payment channels

**All prices are in USD (United States dollar).(Except for people in my country who can transfer via channels other than Paypal.)Ⅵ.The client must clearly state whether it's a personal or commercial commission.
If the commission is personal, Profits are not to be made from this. And with our agreement All commercial jobs will be priced at double the original price.Ⅶ.The client and the artist will have the right to post the art in social medias unless if the client wishes for it to be private.Ⅷ.If ever the client wants to cancel the commission in the middle of everything, he/she must pay for the progress the artist has done on the piece.Ⅸ.The employer must make payment before starting work. It can be a 50% deposit first. Once the commission is completed, the work will be carried out. The customer must pay the remaining amount immediately. Then I will be able to submit the finished work.ⅩⅪ.Please do not rush me.
Because creating a work takes time. I need to find inspiration. Or maybe I'm suddenly stuck with more important business. However, if there's anything, I'll inform you first.Ⅻ.Refunds will not be allowed after the commission is completed.

ผลงานทุกชิ้นทางนักวาดจะนำลงเผยแพร่หลังจากงานเสร็จไปแล้ว 1 เดือน เว้นแต่ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการให้เป็นส่วนตัว หรือกำหนดเวลาที่นักวาดสามารถโพสต์ผลงานลงได้ตามที่ท่านต้องการⅧ.หากลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกงานในระหว่างในระหว่างขั้นตอนการทำงาน, ลูกค้าต้องชำระเงินในส่วนที่งานดำเนินไปแล้ว เช่นร่างหรือตัดเส้นเสร็จแล้วท่านต้องจ่ายในราคาของราคาสเก็ตช์งานตัดเส้น เป็นต้นⅨ.ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องชำระเงินก่อนเริ่มงาน แต่สามารถชำระ 50% ก่อนเริ่มงานได้ และเมื่องานเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว ลูกค้าต้องชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงทันทีⅩⅪ.ขอความกรุณาอย่าเร่งนักวาด
การวาดงานนักวาดต้องใช้เวลาในการหาแรงบันดาลใจ ซึ่งแต่ละผลงานจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 4-5 วันในการทำงานตามแต่รายละเอียดที่มากหรือน้อย บางงานหากมีความละเอียดมากอาจนานถึง 1-2 เดือน(ยกตัวอย่างานปกนิยาย เป็นต้น) หรืออาจจะมีธรุะฉุกเฉินแทรกแซง แต่ในส่วนนี้หากมีเรื่องแอคซิเดนซ์ เราจะแจ้งลูกค้าทุกครั้งⅫ.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่คืนเงินหากว่างานเสร็จสมบูรณ์ดีแล้ว
